The objective was to create a buzz and hype on social media around THE PARK, a luxurious property being built in the heart of India's financial capital, Mumbai. Majority of the focus was around organic avertisements and the social channels were used diligently. Also, it was important to be prepared to face user sentiments, control, report and act on them wisely. An effective social strategy was formulated and acted upon.
DGTAL CYBERKOMS was engaged with Lodha Group for several of their properties, to manage their social media/reputation management campaigns, or to build the technology piece. THE PARK was one such projects that we successfully completed.
