After commencing our UAE operations about 3 months back we participated in the 3rd Annual Conference on Customer Engagement Technology, held on 28th May, 2014, at Hotel Address, Dubai Mall, UAE. This Conference organized by CPI Media Group is the only event in the Middle East that’s specifically focusses on educating business on how to engage and interact with customers through technology. Exclusive invites were sent out to CIO/GMs/MDs/Marketing Heads/CTOs of about 200 top companies across ME. There were about 18 visionary speakers from Microsoft, Etisalat, Google, Souq, Barclays etc. The agency participants were limited to only 12 and Dgtal Cyberkoms was one of them.
